Steve Waters, former owner and general manager for Frontier GMAC/Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate had this to say about Bob:

"I recognized that Bob was a cut above other agents in this field. Bob didn't disappoint me! While Bob managed several offices, he filled the offices with happy, productive agents, and managed to give them all the attention they needed, as well as advanced training to ensure their success!"

Bob founded the Independent Real Estate Network because he recognized a real need for a higher level of service to all of the Real Estate industry's client partners including: those who wish to buy or sell real estate, our partner broker & agents, the service providers who work within the real estate industry, state regulatory agencies, and the public at large.

Bob is a commercially rated pilot, an avid outdoorsman, and a proud husband and father. Bob has been active in the Douglas and Elbert County Communities, with the Conservative Breakfast Association of Elbert County where he currently serves as the CBAOEC Chairman, The Elizabeth Stampede Rodeo Association where he has served as the Sponsorship Committee Chairman, local Boy Scout Troops, and the South Metro Denver Association of Realtors.
